About the Artist

Tom has been working with wood - carving and making marquetry since he was 7 and painting since he was 19.  But he has been an artist all his life.  Now retired from his career in engineering, he is devoting his full energies to his creative spirit.

He completed a full restoration of a beautiful Victorian house overlooking the harbour in Cobh, Co. Cork.  The entire basement is given over to his studio and his workshop.
